Our Customer Care Specialists understand that the initial assessment of each patient is also the starting point on a successful path to patient homecare.  Our communication with patients, caregivers, primary care physicians, and case managers is always handled in a positive and professional manner.

CARE MANAGEMENT

Providing the best quality customer services in such technology, we take pride in putting the patients health FIRST. As a new customer with Olidia Medical, you are assigned a dedicated account manager. 
The manager will be your main contact within Olidia Medical and will be available to address your questions and concerns and provide you with the support you need.

ONGOING EDUCATION

Our Respiratory Therapist or Respiratory Technician will spend as much time as necessary to train our patients and their caregivers on their home respiratory equipment. For our more critical patients who are on ventilators, our respiratory therapists perform home visits to reinforce proper technique.

PATIENT ADVOCACY

Our goal is to support our patients in their endeavor to live fulfilling lives at home with their loved ones. We know that our patients and their caregivers look to us as a resource for their respiratory needs. That is why we maintain constant communication with our patients, their caregivers, and their physicians to ensure that we always have the best plan of care for our patients.
